Senior Marketing Officer

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Officer to join our growing company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, both online and offline, to enhance brand presence and drive revenue growth. This is a high-impact role that requires creativity, analytical thinking, and a deep understanding of market trends.
Job Responsibility
Develop and implement effective marketing campaigns to promote our products and services.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and design, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
Manage digital marketing activities, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, videos, and website content.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using analytics tools.
Develop and maintain relationships with key industry partners and media outlets.
Plan and manage events, sponsorships, and other promotional activities to increase brand visibility.
Lead a team of marketing professionals and provide guidance and support to meet departmental goals.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

A Master's degree in Marketing or relevant certifications will be considered an advantage.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
Strong experience in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.
Demonstrated leadership experience in managing teams and collaborating with multiple departments.
Familiarity with market research tools and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar.
