  • Job Responsibility

  • Manage day-to-day office operations including filing, handling phone calls, and organizing documents.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings and organizing company events.
  • Support various departments by providing administrative assistance as required.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the office workspace.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence.
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks such as data entry and expense reports.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
  • Educational Requirement

  • Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
  • Experience Requirement

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office assistant role.
  • Experience with office management software such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
