Job Responsibility
- Manage day-to-day office operations including filing, handling phone calls, and organizing documents.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Assist in scheduling meetings and organizing company events.
- Support various departments by providing administrative assistance as required.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the office workspace.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks such as data entry and expense reports.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Educational Requirement
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.

Experience Requirement
- At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office assistant role.
- Experience with office management software such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
