Job Responsibility
- Write, edit, and proofread news articles for both digital and print media platforms.
- Research news topics thoroughly and gather relevant information from reliable sources.
- Ensure all news stories are accurate, balanced, and free from bias.
- Collaborate with editors, reporters, and other members of the news team to develop content ideas and storylines.
- Meet tight deadlines and ensure all content is delivered on time.
- Adapt writing style to match the tone and voice of NTC News 24.
- Monitor news trends and stay updated on current events, especially those relevant to the audience.
- Work with the digital team to ensure stories are optimized for SEO and social media engagement.

Educational Requirement
- Minimum HSC/Equivalent

Experience Requirement
- 2+ years of experience as a news writer, journalist, or in a similar role.
- Proven track record of writing clear, concise, and engaging news stories.
- A portfolio of published news articles is preferred.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with AP style and journalistic ethics.

- Fluency in English and Bengali is preferred.
