Job Responsibility
- Research, investigate, and write news stories for broadcast, online, and print platforms.
- Conduct interviews with sources, experts, and witnesses to gather relevant information.
- Verify the accuracy of information and maintain ethical standards in reporting.
- Cover live events, press conferences, and breaking news as needed.
- Collaborate with editors, producers, and photographers to produce compelling news content.
- Stay up to date with current events and developments in various fields to provide insightful analysis.
- Follow deadlines and work under pressure to deliver reports in a fast-paced news environment.
- Contribute to the development of news ideas and participate in newsroom meetings.

Educational Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Additional training or certification in journalism or media studies is an advantage.

Experience Requirement
- 2+ years of experience in journalism, news reporting, or a similar role.
- Experience working in a fast-paced newsroom or with media outlets is preferred.
- A portfolio of published articles, reports, or news stories is required.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bengali.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in reporting.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
