Job Responsibility
- Create, assemble, and finish handmade products according to the company's standards.
- Work with different materials such as fabric, wood, metal, and clay to produce handicrafts.
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of products by following specific design instructions and guidelines.
- Collaborate with the design team to develop new product ideas and prototypes.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, handling tools and materials carefully.
- Meet production deadlines and ensure that orders are completed on time.
- Inspect finished products for defects and make necessary repairs or adjustments.
- Continuously develop and improve crafting techniques and skills.

Educational Requirement
- No formal educational requirements are necessary.
- Training or certification in handicraft techniques or related fields is an advantage.

Experience Requirement
1-2 years of experience in handicraft work or a similar role.
- A portfolio of completed handmade products or projects is preferred.
