Job Responsibility
Design and produce marketing materials such as banners, brochures, social media posts, and advertisements.
Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to create visually appealing content that aligns with our brand.
Develop innovative concepts for company logos, promotional materials, and packaging.
Ensure consistency in designs and content across all company platforms.
Stay updated on the latest design trends and tools to improve creativity and productivity.
Work closely with web developers to ensure smooth integration of graphic elements in digital platforms.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Educational Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Certification in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or other relevant software is preferred.

Experience Requirement
- 2+ years of proven experience as a Graphics Designer or in a similar role.
- Portfolio of completed designs that showcase creativity, attention to detail, and versatility.

Additional Requirement
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple projects.
- Understanding of current design trends and best practices.
- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles is a plus.
