NTC Recycle Bangladesh Limited, a subsidiary of NTC Group, is looking for dynamic and result-driven Depot Managers to lead and manage operations in multiple districts. This role involves overseeing recyclable materials' collection, sorting, and processing, ensuring smooth depot operations, and adhering to sustainability goals. Ideal candidates will possess strong leadership and organizational skills to contribute to the company’s recycling initiatives nationwide.

Job Responsibility
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the recycling depot in your assigned district.
- Manage collection, sorting, and transportation of recyclable materials.
- Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with local authorities, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Lead, train, and motivate depot staff to achieve operational excellence.
- Monitor inventory and track materials processed at the depot.
- Maintain detailed records of depot operations, including financial reporting and logistics.
- Troubleshoot issues related to logistics, machinery, or staffing as needed.
- Implement strategies to increase the efficiency of depot operations and reduce costs.
- Support NTC’s commitment to sustainability by promoting best practices in waste management.

Educational Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Environmental Science, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Master’s degree is a plus but not mandatory.

Experience Requirement
- At least 3-5 years of experience in depot/warehouse management, logistics, or a similar field.
- Previous experience in recycling or waste management will be highly regarded.

Additional Requirement
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and warehouse management software.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Good understanding of environmental regulations and recycling processes.
- Willingness to travel across districts as needed.
- Must be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
