Waste Collector Supervisor

Job Context

NTC Recycle Bangladesh Limited, a subsidiary of NTC Group, is seeking to hire motivated and responsible individuals for the role of Collector Supervisor. This position requires overseeing the collection and sorting of recyclable materials. You will be part of our growing team dedicated to environmental sustainability.
Job Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate the daily collection activities across designated areas.
  Ensure all recyclable materials are properly sorted, handled, and stored.
  Monitor the performance of collection staff and ensure efficiency in operations.
  Liaise with local authorities and community organizations to ensure smooth operations.
  Maintain accurate records of collected materials and report daily progress.
  Address any logistical or operational issues that arise during the collection process.
  Ensure all safety protocols and environmental standards are followed during collection activities.
Educational Requirement
- Minimum HSC/Equivalent
Experience Requirement
- At least 2 years of experience in supervisory roles
Additional Requirement
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  Knowledge of waste management or recycling processes will be an added advantage.
  Must be willing to travel locally and work flexible hours when necessary.
