Assistant Manager

Job Context

NTC Recycle Bangladesh Limited, a subsidiary of NTC Group, is expanding its operations across all districts of Bangladesh. We are looking for dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as Assistant Managers. This is a full-time position offering career growth in the fast-growing recycling and waste management industry.
Job Responsibility

Oversee daily operations of recycling units in assigned districts.
Manage and coordinate with field staff to ensure smooth workflow.
Develop and implement operational plans for efficient waste collection and processing.
Monitor and report performance metrics to upper management.
Liaise with local authorities and suppliers to maintain compliance and operational standards.
Ensure health, safety, and environmental regulations are adhered to at all times.
Train and develop staff to improve performance and skill levels.
Assist in budgeting, procurement, and resource allocation activities.
Educational Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree
Experience Requirement

At least 3 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
Previous experience in the recycling or waste management industry is preferred.
Additional Requirement

Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Willingness to travel within the district and beyond when required.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
